The one hectare garden has been designed for both indoor and outdoor living. There is a fully equipped summer kitchen and a raised terrace with a large table. Opposite is a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and parasols. The bastide is south facing, which allows you to benefit from a remarkable amount of sunshine while enjoying the shade offered by the garden with trees.
Located between Cabris, a pretty lively village, and Grasse, the world capital of perfumery, you will be a 5-minute drive from the city centre where there are shops, markets and restaurants. For sports enthusiasts, there is a golf course 10 minutes away and tennis courts 5 minutes away. You will also be close to Cannes and picturesque villages such as Biot and Valbonne.
