This authentic alpine chalet overlooking Mont-Blanc is the ideal place to escape and enjoy nature and the calm of the mountains, in every season and in complete privacy. Accommodating up to 4 people, this 45 square meters chalet dating from 1748 has been renovated with an ecological approach and is supplied with spring water with its own independent sanitisation system. The first floor consists of the living room, the kitchen and the shower room. On the same floor, you will also find 2 bedrooms ; 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The chalet is located in the middle of the countryside, in the village of Flumet, on the sunny south-west slope, near Megève. During winter, the chalet is accessible by foot or snowshoes. Shuttles are available nearby to take you to the Flumet/Espace Diamant ski lifts, located 3.5km away. The chalet is accessible in summer by a 250 m stone path, where the use of a car is required. The chalet is located at the start of various hiking trails.
