The 14th century "Maison Forte" consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 double bedrooms including a large suite, a totally independent flat, a fireplace and access to the garden. Outside, a landscaped garden includes a kitchen and a convivial area for your lunches as well as a swimming pool and a fitness area. Further along the estate, the "Chais" has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with its fireplace. Outside, you will be charmed by a terrace and a swimming pool which will allow you to enjoy the property in comfort!

Situated in Montagnac-la-Crempse, a small, peaceful and typical Dordogne village, the property is 15 minutes from Bergerac and close to many places of interest. You can enjoy hiking on the trails of our beautiful French vineyards, discovering the nearby castles and strolling through the most beautiful markets of the region. And why not visit, at 30 min, the castle of Monbazillac a Bergerac must-see with its beautiful wine cellars?

1 fully equipped kitchen with 1 dining room, 1 living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms (composed of two single beds of 90cm) each with its own bathroom and toilet, TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms
