This charming village house for rent is located in Ars en Ré, a village on the Ile de Ré classified as one of the most beautiful in France. With a surface area of 250m2 on two levels, the house has just been renovated and consists of a pretty wooden kitchen opening onto the dining room and after a few steps, we find ourselves in a living room area overlooking the garden. The decoration in pastel colours is refined and invites us to relax. The house can accommodate 10 people and has 5 bedrooms: on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom, then the first floor is composed of 3 bedrooms: a large master suite with its spacious bathroom overlooking the garden and 3 other bedrooms (one double and two bedrooms with 2 single beds) which share a shower room. Outside, you will enjoy a large teak terrace, a heated swimming pool and a flowered garden, all on more than 1000m2, which is particularly appreciable for a village house!
This house is located in the heart of the village of Ars en Ré. You can leave your car and do everything on foot or by bike during your stay. The market and shops are only a few minutes away.
