This stone house for 10 people in the Gers is an ideal destination for family and friends. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room with a large fireplace and a dining room open to the kitchen. The living spaces open onto a large south-facing terrace with everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors : dining table, Weber BBQ, brazier, plancha... The house has 5 bedrooms : two of them are on the ground floor and share a shower room and the other three are on the first floor and share a beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. Outside, the large garden offers a view on the surrounding fields, without any opposite, with a perfectly exposed swimming pool to enjoy as soon as the nice days arrive.
The house is located near a charming little Gers village, Saint-Puy. You will be in the middle of nature, quiet, only a few minutes away from the shops and near many villages on the way of St James.

"2 semaines de rêve dans cette maison magnifique à la vue unique. Le calme absolu du lieu est vraiment apaisant et la maison, tant intérieurement avec sa décoration très soignée, qu’à l’extérieur avec de multiples espaces pour profiter de cette magnifique campagne gersoise, a su charmer tous les hôtes. Les environs, de Lectoure à Condom en passant par le petit village de Saint Puy tout proche, sont en tous points charmants. Ne ratez pas les repas improvisés (multiples food trucks) chaque mardi pendant l’été à Condom autour de la cathédrale. La gare TGV d’Agen à 40 mn est aussi un vrai plus. Et Last but not least, les propriétaires Pascale et Anthony, qui sont d’une gentillesse extrême et ont su nous accompagner au mieux lors de notre séjour. Leurs attentions multiples à notre arrivée (fruits, légumes, charcuterie locale, boissons variées, fromage…) ont rapidement gommé la fatigue de la route. Tous leurs conseils en matière de restaurants (nos préférés : Chez Vous à Saint Puy et Citrus à Condom) ont été respectés à la lettre et appréciés de tous. Bref, une location inoubliable. Je recommande une mise à jour des photos sur le site de Casalino car en vrai c’est encore plus beau."
