Sound and video equipment will allow you to watch your favorite films or break your voice during a fiery karaoke session. A vast, fully-equipped kitchen, with its central island and large table, is the perfect place to prepare your meals. There's also a back office with catering facilities for receptions. The second floor features four comfortable suites, including two family suites, offering peace and privacy. Each has its own bathroom and toilet. Two reception areas are available for events and seminars. Facing the park, they allow you to take full advantage of the surrounding nature all year round. An integral part of the house, the winter garden, with its sublime inverted ship's hull frame, is entirely glazed and offers a superb 360° view over the swimming pool, the park and the courtyard of the house, and can accommodate up to 90 guests. The tent, set high up in the park, enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley and estate. It can accommodate up to 210 guests. Its walls can be easily removed, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors on warm evenings. The four-hectare wooded estate is home to deer, foxes and other woodland inhabitants. The park offers a variety of settings and spaces, such as the orchard with its apple and pear trees, or the tree-lined courtyard with its huge fig tree. You can also relax by the swimming pool, on deckchairs or on the many terraces.
