The main house, with air conditioning, is composed of: the common living areas, the master suite with a view of the golf course and 3 bedrooms, accessible by an independent entrance. The main living room and dining room have direct access to the various terraces via the large patio doors, with a view of the golf course and the swimming pool. The annex is composed of the second suite with a view of the swimming pool, an independent access and 2 bedrooms. Outside, in the sandy garden surrounded by pine trees, you will find a large terrace, with an outdoor living and dining area directly accessible from the large patio doors. Three small private terraces are also accessible from the master suite and two of the bedrooms. The swimming pool is heated and therefore can be enjoyed in any season.
Located between Royan and La Rochelle, 300m away from the beach and close to restaurants and activities, the villa has a panoramic view of the Golf de la Palmyre, in a quiet location far from the crowds.
