Accommodating 8 people, this semi-detached house for rent in South Brittany was built in 2018 on a private tree-lined estate. It has a spacious living room of about 100m2 with an open plan kitchen, dining area, living room as well as a TV lounge with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bedroom. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, at the end of a lovely garden, you have direct access to a secluded sandy and rocky beach.
The house is located in Sarzeau on the Rhuys peninsula, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean. Given the position of the house on the estate, it is requested that the peace and quiet of nearby neighbours be respected. Barbecues are not allowed. You are within a few minutes of the shops and the many activities that this beautiful region has to offer.

Nearest market? Sarzeau market place des Trinitaires, on thursday and saturday morning. Oysters and seafood at Viviers du Ruault with a beautiful view of the Morbihan Gulf.
The Place to Be for drinks or to go dancing? "Le Furibard" in Roaliguen, on the terrace of the port of Crouesty, "Café du Logeo" with a view of the Gulf. To go out dancing, try the 'Fest Noz' in Sarzeau.
Unmissable Places? Castle of Suscinio (10 mins from the house), walk on the path of the customs officer in the Gulf of Morbihan (e.g., point Bilgroix, Monténo, Kerners, of Logeo), Cairn Mégalithique of Gavrinis (by boat from Port Navalo) and also Petit Mont (in Arzon), the salt marshes of Lasné in Saint Armel, point of Penvins
