This beautiful typical 19th century bastide for rent on the French Riviera enjoys a breathtaking view of the entrance to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It can accommodate up to 10 people and has all the charm of a Mediterranean vacation home: tommettes and exposed beams in the house, stone and cypresses outside: the charm of the old meets a contemporary decoration. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with dining room and lounge. The bedrooms are located on the upper floors. First, the dormitory "of the wise children" has a shower room and a terrace. Then, you will find a large master suite with an office/dressing room, a shower room, a terrace with an exceptional view on the bay and its stairs leading directly to the garden and the pool. And finally, three double bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. Outside, on the terrace, the facilities will allow you to have lunch in the sun and have an aperitif in peace. Bordered by Mediterranean vegetation and facing south, the infinity pool offers a panoramic view of the vegetation and the sea that you will never tire of.
The bastide is located in a secured residence in Sainte-Maxime. The beach is 250 m away. You will be able to go out by boat to visit the islands of Hyères, Or and Lérins or the beach of Pampelonne, to practice water sports or golf by the sea, to make beautiful strolls in the Esterel, and - uncommon - to go to the markets of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime by boat!
