It offers a lovely, unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. The soothing atmosphere of the site, with its old stone walls and meticulous decoration, is made up of two single-storey houses that can be rented together or just the main house in the off-season. On the one hand, the main house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace followed by three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The "casetta" has a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. There is also a separate cabin with two additional single beds. You can enjoy the privacy of the garden surrounded by old dry stone walls, relax on the terraces in the shade of the oak and olive trees, unwind in the swimming pool, or play a game of pétanque or table tennis on the bowling green.
The Marine de Davia is an unspoilt area of Balagne, this residential property extends over 72 hectares. You'll enjoy three private beach coves. A 10-minute walk along a country lane takes you to the beach, where you'll find a waterfront restaurant.
