The owners of this pretty lodge share with us their recommendations.
The good restaurant in the area? "L'Orée du Bois" in the hamlet of Bez
The nearest local market? The Briancon market, every Wednesday!
The place to go for a drink or to go dancing? The "Boudoir" at Chantemerle
The place not to be missed? Walksin the Clarée valley or in the small villages above ‘La Grave’ have incredible views of the Meije !
The "must do"? In winter ; hiking on skis or snowshoes allows you to get off the beaten track and discover the mountains in a different way. In summer ; you have to go for a walk to the numerous lakes (Lac de la douche, Lac de l'Oule, Lac du pontet) or even try your hand at climbing !
