The 14th century "Maison Forte" consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 double bedrooms including a large suite, a totally independent flat, a fireplace and access to the garden. Outside, a landscaped garden includes a kitchen and a convivial area for your lunches as well as a swimming pool and a fitness area. Further along the estate, the "Chais" has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with its fireplace. Outside, you will be charmed by a terrace and a swimming pool which will allow you to enjoy the property in comfort!
Situated in Montagnac-la-Crempse, a small, peaceful and typical Dordogne village, the property is 15 minutes from Bergerac and close to many places of interest.
