This lovely longhouse in Charente Maritime is the ideal place for a relaxing and peaceful stay with friends or family. This 200m2 building can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Decorated with antique pieces, it combines authenticity and comfort. The living area is centered around the kitchen of more than 30m2, equipped with a beautiful fireplace and a large farm table in elm. Outdoor, you will have a lovely heated and secured swimming pool at your disposal.

Located at the end of a small hamlet in the heart of the vineyards in a village in Charente Maritime, between Royan and Cognac, you will be in a quiet environment, thirty minutes away from the busy Atlantic coast, its sandy beaches and its picturesque villages.

Each beach of the Atlantic coast has its own style and atmosphere, there is something for everyone! Those of Royan, St Georges de Didonne and Saint Palais will be the best to have a drink or to go dancing.

Talmont sur Gironde, a charming French village perched on its premontory overlooking the Gironde estuary. The beautiful city of Saintes. The seaside resorts such as Royan and its famous Pontaillac beach, the large beaches of Saint Georges de Didonne and the Plage du Bureau at Saint Palais which joins the Chemin des Douaniers, a memorable walk along the ocean and finally the wild coast and its fine sandy stretches.
