The living area is centered around the kitchen, spreading over 30m2, featuring a beautiful fireplace and a large country style dining table in elmwood. Outside, there is a lovely heated and secure swimming pool at your disposal.
The farmhouse is located at the end of a small hamlet in the heart of the vineyards in a village in Charente Maritime, between Royan and Cognac. The surrounding environment is peaceful and only thirty minutes away from the busy Atlantic coast and its sandy beaches and picturesque villages.

The seaside resorts such as Royan and the well known Pontaillac beach, the large beaches in Saint Georges de Didonne and the Plage du Bureau in Saint Palais which joins the Chemin des Douaniers, a memorable walk along the coast and finally the coast in general, with stretches of sandy beaches.
