The 14th century "Maison Forte", with a surface area of 480 m2, can accommodate up to 12 people. The renovated building has retained its authenticity of yesteryear, a medieval atmosphere reigns. Arranged on three levels, the ground floor has a large equipped family kitchen, a living room and a dining room with fireplaces. The first level has a large master suite with its own bathroom and toilet, with a child's bed, followed by an independent flat comprising a living and dining room with a Godin stove, a kitchen and two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second level comprises two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a suite with its bathroom. a suite with its own bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a large swimming pool of 20 x 4 m, in the heart of a beautiful park of 13 hectares arranged among some vineyards, woods, meadows and a pond.
Situated in Montagnac-la-Crempse, a small, peaceful and typical Dordogne village, the property is 15 minutes from Bergerac and close to many sites of character. You can enjoy hiking on the trails of our beautiful French vineyards, discovering the nearby castles and strolling through the most beautiful markets of the region. And why not visit, at 30 min, the castle of Monbazillac, a Bergerac must-see with its beautiful wine cellars.
