With an area of 150m2 over two floors, this property can accommodate 6 people and 2 additional people, with the use of a sofa bed. The living rooms are bright and airy with a sea-side feel, and a wood stove provides a cosy atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Outside, a south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun in complete serenity.
The house is located at the end of a path, in the middle of the countryside. It is surrounded by fields where you can cross the sand dunes of Hatainville to reach the sea. There are various activities available: walks between the dunes, sand yachting or surfing/kitesurfing. You will also be close to the seaside resort of Carteret where there are plenty of local specialties and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

Nous avons bien apprécié cette maison et son environnement. Nous nous sommes sentis très vite à l’aise et avons bien profité du site malgré la météo. Nous vous remercions pour le livret d’accueil avec les conseils et bonnes adresses. Le point d’amélioration que nous souhaitons mettre en avant est l’éclairage de la salle à manger, qui est trop faible pour nos vieux yeux.
