This 300m2 property located in the Perigord noir, made of old stone and slate sourced in the area, has recently been renovated in a shabby chic style. Two buildings built in the 18th century are part of it, they are sitting on a 1000m2 land with a heated swimming-pool, in a typical village surrounded by nature. The first building has a living room, a dining-room, a kitchen and two fine rooms with an ensuite bathroom. The second one is a three-floors building showing a bedroom with ensuite bathroom on each floor. Thanks to the wood and rocks showed in every room, a cosy atmosphere surrounds the house.
The property is close to prehistoric sites where you will be able to visit caves such as Lascaux. There are multiple things to do : places to see such as medieval villages, castles, outdoor activities, and local farm markets which will give you the opportunity to taste the traditional food of the area. It is perfect for a friends trip, or a family getaway !
