This large beach house in Contis-Plage will seduce lovers of nature and large spaces. Located a few steps from the beach, it is the ideal place for a holiday with friends, especially for surfers! Built in wood on an area of 340m2, it can accommodate up to 14 people. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with separate entrance and a large living room with a soft and friendly atmosphere. Large bay windows overlooking the dune give us the impression of living in harmony with nature. The first floor consists of 6 very comfortable rooms, decorated with care and perfectly equipped (individual air conditioning, premium bedding, safe, etc.). You can relax on the varangue, a hanging garden, inviting to relaxation. Outside, you will not only be conquered by the large 800m2 garden with pool in the sun but also by its direct access to the beach!
The house is located in the Landes in Saint Julien en Born, reachable in 1h15 from Bordeaux airport. You will be a few meters from the beach of Contis and 5 minutes walk from shops and all amenities. This is the perfect setting for a surf holiday! South of Contis-beach, you can enjoy a quiet river for a day paddle and a beautiful pine forest, ideal for large bike rides.
