This charming village house for rent is located in Ars en Ré, a village on the Ile de Ré classified as one of the most beautiful in France. With a surface area of 90 m2, it has a cellar and a studio, and can accommodate up to 10 people in total. Recently renovated, the decoration in shades reminiscent of the ocean plunges us into a soothing decor. The single-storey house has a fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with a wood-burning stove, offering access and a view of the garden. The exposed stone walls and the wood bring warmth and authenticity. Two beautiful double bedrooms in the colours of the island share a bathroom. The chais, designed as a cosy nest, includes a double bedroom and a shower room. The studio, bright thanks to the presence of bay windows, is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a small fitted kitchen, a shower room and a mezzanine equipped with a double bed. Outside, you will be able to enjoy a 200 m2 walled garden with flowers, a covered patio and a wooden terrace while listening to the soft notes of the piano in the studio. Six bicycles will allow you to go for long rides on the island.
This village house is located at the end of an alley in the village of Ars en Ré. The house is not accessible by car, you can park your car in a car park and do everything on foot or by bike during your stay. The market and shops are only a few minutes away.
