In the first outbuilding, there are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom, a second on the mezzanine, and a children's bedroom. In the second annex there are two double bedrooms. And finally, the last outbuilding is composed of a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a crib. This beautiful property extends over 4 hectares of fields and forests. The garden has been carefully landscaped and has plenty of things to do (petanque court, swing etc). A beautiful heated swimming pool allows you to make the most of this peaceful place.
The property is located in the middle of nature, in a peaceful, private environment. You will be 2 hours from Paris and 20 minutes from Le Mans.
