The property is made up of a main house and two outbuildings in the garden, wooden cabins typical of Cap Ferret, which together can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The main house has been furnished with care. The living room has been decorated to create a warm atmosphere, notably with Gironde tiles and a beautiful stone fireplace. Upstairs, the wood accents create a soft and peaceful atmosphere, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite and a double bedroom with a view of the pool. In the garden, the first outhouse has a bedroom with two twin beds and the second outhouse has two double beds. The property has been designed for traveling with friends or family, whilst maintaining privacy and comfort for everyone. Each outhouse can function independently, with their own living room, kitchen and amenities.
Ideally located on the front line with a magnificent view of the Arcachon basin, the villa is located in the 44 hectare district, a wild and popular area at the tip of Cap Ferret.

La cabane du Mimbeau - Wonderful oysters by Denis Belloc and there's often concerts too!
