Contemporary villa in the heart of the scrubland in Nîmes

Gard, Vaucluse & Drôme Provençale

Nestled in the middle of the garrigue, this villa for rent in Nîmes can accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor, all the rooms are bathed in light and open onto the Mediterranean vegetation through large bay windows, giving you the feeling of living inside / outside. The living room of 60 m2 includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining room. You will have four bedrooms with their own bathrooms, including a "tribe" room, for four people, ideal for a family or to group the children together. Many ideas for the decoration: mix of raw materials, antique furniture and natural materials create a warm and authentic atmosphere. Outside, the 40m2 pool house is sheltered and has a lounge, a fully equipped summer kitchen, a barbecue area and a dining area. To relax, you will have the choice: rest on the deckchairs around the pool or in the hammocks under the pines, enjoy the spa in the middle of the arbutus trees or have a sauna in the Zen area. Numerous sports equipments will keep young and old busy on 3 500 m2 of scrubland enclosed by dry stone walls.

The villa is located in the hills of Nîmes, between Provence and Camargue, ideally situated to discover the numerous tourist sites of the region. You will be at 10 minutes of many good restaurants and shops, will be able to practice bicycle, canoe, hike, horse, golf... and to benefit from the summer animations.
